AllWhy Choose Us?
No Small Print
We show the rental rules and final price upfront: no hidden fees, extra charges or surprises. The price shown at checkout stays the same.
Lower Deposits
Large international rental companies may block several thousand euros on a card. Our average deposit is about 300 euros, and some cars are available with no deposit.
Fair Damage Review
The car is inspected together with the customer, so every detail is clear. Repair costs are usually 2-3 times lower than at major international rentals, and we do not charge the card after return without your consent.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay 100% upfront to rent a car on Rental Hub?
No. To reserve a car, you usually pay a small advance payment of about 15-20% of the rental price. The remaining amount is paid when you pick up the car. Available payment methods are shown in the car card and in your voucher.
What documents do I need to collect the car?
You normally need your passport, a valid driving licence, the Rental Hub voucher and, where required by the destination country, an international driving permit. The voucher can usually be shown on your phone.
Do I need an international driving permit?
It depends on the country where you rent the car. Some destinations accept a national licence, while others require an international driving permit. Check the booking conditions for the selected car before you travel.
How should I inspect the car at pickup?
Before signing the rental agreement, check the bodywork, glass, wheels, interior, fuel level and equipment with the manager. Make sure every scratch or chip is recorded, and take photos or a short video before leaving.
Can I pay in cash or do I need a bank card?
Payment methods depend on the specific car and rental company. Some cars can be paid for in cash, while others require a bank card. The exact options are shown in the car card and voucher.
Can I pick up the car in one city and return it in another?
Yes, one-way rental is available for some cars and destinations. Select different pickup and return cities in the search form to see available options. An additional fee may apply.
Are there mileage limits?
Mileage conditions depend on the selected car. Some cars include unlimited mileage, while others have a daily or total kilometre limit. The limit is shown in the car details before booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is possible, but refund conditions depend on the selected car and tariff. Read the cancellation rules before paying the advance and contact support as early as possible if your plans change.
Can I rent a car without a deposit?
Some cars on Rental Hub may be available without a deposit. Use the relevant filter when searching. If a deposit is required, its amount and payment method are shown in the car card.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
Contact the rental manager as soon as you know you will be late. The contact details are listed in your voucher. In many cases the pickup time can be adjusted.
